At Haxenhaus, we still uphold the tradition of the tavern. A tradition whose foundation was laid hundreds of years ago. Our specialties are pork knuckles in all variations and our homemade sausages.

Start Date: Immediate Duration: 12 months

Your Tasks:

• Preparation and presentation of dishes (mainly pork dishes) according to our quality standards
• Support in preparation and mise-en-place for daily operations
• Compliance with hygiene standards according to HACCP
• Assisting the kitchen team in coordinating and organising the kitchen workflow

Your Profile:

• Completed chef training
• Passion for gastronomy and joy in cooking
• Team spirit, flexibility, resilience and reliability
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and lively environment
• Good knowledge of hygiene standards and safety regulations
• Good German language skills
