Lead Speech Therapist (m/f/d)

Welcome to APELOS Vorsfelde! In our modern therapy centre, physiotherapy and occupational therapy work closely together. Aside from orthopaedic treatments, we also offer respiratory therapy, Schroth therapy for scoliosis, and specialised pain therapy.

For the development of our speech therapy team, we are looking for a Lead Speech Therapist to join us in Wolfsburg-Vorsfelde.

As the Lead Speech Therapist (m/f/d), you are responsible for establishing and developing the speech therapy area at APELOS Vorsfelde.

• Create new concepts and structures in the field of speech therapy

• Lead the team professionally and organisationally to ensure high patient care standards

• Treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders following medical prescriptions

• Conduct assessments and therapy planning, and document treatments in a structured manner

• Support and guide staff while collaborating interdisciplinarily with doctors and partners

• You are a trained and/or state-recognised speech therapist (m/f/d)

• You have some or extensive experience in a leadership position

• Voice, speech, and breathing teachers (m/f/d) are also welcome

• You work in a structured and independent manner during therapy implementation

• You are motivated in establishing and further developing the department
