Creative Video Editor & Videographer (m/f/d)

At Light of Hope GmbH, we believe: Good videos must do more than just look beautiful. They should evoke emotions, tell stories, and touch people.

To expand our team, we are looking for you as a Video Editor / Videographer (m/f/d) with high quality standards and a strong sense for modern, emotional, and cinematic videos.

Initially, the focus is on high-quality video editing. Later, you will also participate in on-location productions, such as retreats, team events, and interviews, in Germany and abroad.

• You edit and refine videos at a high level

• You develop cinematic, emotional, and modern video formats

• You design motion graphics and animations, manage sound design and colour grading

• You combine classic editing with AI-generated scenes and visual effects, using tools such as Higgsfield, Seedance, or similar

• You contribute to social media, brand content, campaigns, interviews, and events

• You independently develop creative ideas and visual concepts

• In the future, you will visually document our retreats, team events, and international projects

• Excellent video editing skills and a keen sense of visual storytelling

• An impressive portfolio and high quality standards (your degree is secondary to us)

• Reliability and a structured approach to work

• Enthusiasm for continuously engaging with new technologies and creative possibilities

• Willingness to travel, as some productions will take place outside Germany

• Interest in a long-term collaboration of at least five years
