Your tasks:

• Is the grill assembled? Are enough top-quality steaks laid out? Vegetables prepared?

• Then you're ready to start preparing side dishes and grilling perfect steaks for our many regular guests

• Work hand in hand with your colleagues (m/w/d) in the open grill kitchen - dish after dish gets done. It’s best done together and it’s more fun

• Is your workplace tidy? Have you followed our fool-proof standards?

• Checked the stock? Complied with food storage regulations?

• Thorough cleaning is done overnight - that's not your responsibility

We expect from you:

• Cordiality, friendliness, and openness to offer our guests the BLOCK HOUSE FEEL

• Good German language skills

• Team spirit and flexibility

• An overview - even with many guests

• Experience in gastronomy or a gastronomic qualification

• Career changers from the service sector are welcome
