At EDEKA Reinhardt, you will work in a successful and growing company with two markets in Winnenden and Backnang. The company is passionate about food and aims to make shopping a pleasant experience for customers.

As a Market Manager or Store Manager, you will take responsibility for the market, the team, and the processes. You ensure smooth operations, attractive merchandise presentation, and satisfied customers.

• Market Operations: You coordinate all processes in the market, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Leadership Skills: You empower your team with appreciative and motivating leadership, encouraging autonomous work.

• Assortment Design: You are responsible for appealing merchandise presentation and continuously optimise the assortment according to customer needs.

• Staff Planning: You efficiently coordinate staff deployment to ensure optimal staffing levels in all areas.

• Education: You hold a qualification as a salesperson, retail merchant, or business administrator, or have comparable experience.

• Knowledge: You possess a good understanding of merchandise and are characterised by a customer-oriented approach.

• Experience and Skills: You have professional and leadership experience in the food retail sector.

• Organisational Talent: You work in an organised manner, act responsibly, and have strong assertiveness.
