For our St. Konrad Social Station in Konstanz, we are looking immediately for a nurse (m/f/d) in home care with a job scope of 50%-100% — driving licence paid for

Our social station cares for around 350 clients in Konstanz, Reichenau, Allensbach, and the Bodanrück. With a committed team of about 80 employees, we enable older and care-dependent people to live in familiar surroundings.

• Completed training as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing professional, nurse, or caregiver

• Class B driving licence required for travelling in the service area — employers pay for driving licence if not yet obtained

• Additional qualifications such as practical guidance, wound management, or kinaesthetics are welcome

• Sponsored further training available upon interest

• Experience with Structured Information Collection (SIS) is desirable

• Structured approach to work
