We are looking for a reliable, structured and proactive personality to support our team at the Walldorf site.
Location: Walldorf, Germany (local) Full-time Languages: German (native speaker) & fluent English
Your tasks: • General office and administrative tasks • Support in operational purchasing and ordering • Communication with suppliers and customers • Internal coordination between departments • Support of management in day-to-day business
Your profile: • German at native speaker level is mandatory • Very good knowledge of • Structured, reliable and independent way of • Organizational talent and strong communication skills • Experience in administration, operations, purchasing or customer service is an advantage
