Caritas Konstanz is the largest welfare association in the region, supporting over 3,000 children, families, people with disabilities, and elderly individuals in need of care.
We are looking for you as a Registered Nurse in the floater pool for our Caritas Elderly Care service 'Caritas Cänguru' – with additional allowance, in full- or part-time, on a permanent basis.
You decide how, when, and how much you want to work – flexibly between 20 and 39 hours per week. Assignments take place in Konstanz, Allensbach, or on Reichenau, depending on where your help is needed.
Description
As a Registered Nurse in the floater pool, you work flexibly in various care areas, providing support wherever it's needed.
You care for and support residents and patients in different facilities
You ensure individual and needs-based care
You work in different teams, depending on demand and your preferences
You adapt flexibly to the requirements of each facility
Requirements
Completed training as a geriatric nurse, healthcare and nursing professional, registered nurse, or nurse (including those with one year of training)
Enthusiasm for working in care and the ability to quickly integrate into new teams
Reliability, flexibility, and a desire for variety
Willingness to work in different facilities and areas
