Our client is a rapidly growing French company specialising in the development and production of design-oriented, sustainable, and affordable eyewear. As part of international expansion, we are looking for a:

Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Eyewear / Lifestyle | Northern Germany (m/f/d), Hamburg / Berlin (Home Office)

Your Responsibilities

  • Implementing the sales strategy and active new customer acquisition in Northern and Eastern Germany
  • Maintaining and expanding an existing customer portfolio
  • Representing the brand at trade fairs
  • Being a brand ambassador in your region
  • Training customers on the company's visual merchandising guidelines
  • Close cooperation with the internal sales team (ADV) in Paris, including order processing and tracking

Your Strengths

  • Completed a degree in a commercial field (at least a Bachelor's) or comparable qualification
  • Min. 1 year of sales experience in B2B or B2C, ideally in eyewear, optics, lifestyle, or accessories
  • Very good German skills and good English skills (French is an advantage)
  • Competent use of MS Office
  • A Class B driving licence is essential
  • High willingness to travel within your sales area (approx. 4 days/week)
  • Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of sales
  • Communicative, curious, positive, and eager to learn
