Description
Supervising road construction projects
Implementing maintenance and renewal of public roads, paths, and squares
Determining costs for construction projects
Preparing tender documents with specifications
Performing tasks according to the HOAI service phases 1, 6, 7, 8, and 9
Assuming the responsibilities of the construction burden bearer in construction measures on municipal traffic areas
Preparing dedications
Approving excavations for utilities and property accesses
Handling citizen complaints
Drafting statements for applications and inquiries
Participating in site visits, information sessions, and district council meetings
Fleet management
Requirements
Completed degree as Dipl.-Ing. FH or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
Field of study in Road Construction, Traffic Engineering, or a comparable course
Knowledge in the implementation of road construction projects
Knowledge in road planning
Driving licence Class B or Class 3
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
High level of communication skills in German
Independent working style
Willingness to work outside normal working hours if needed, such as in construction supervision or district council meetings
Required driving license
