Educational Manager

As an Educational Manager, you play a central role in our company, ensuring the smooth running of our in-person and distance learning courses. You will plan, organise, and continually develop our educational offerings, supporting our participants competently before, during, and after their training. Additionally, you will coordinate webinars, in-person seminars, and examinations, as well as collaborate with our lecturers and partners.

Another key focus of your role will be participating in quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. You will support the continuous improvement of our educational offerings and contribute to the creation, maintenance, and development of our teaching and learning materials. Furthermore, you will handle tasks in ongoing bookkeeping and commercial administration, particularly in accounting, payment transactions, as well as general organisational and administrative activities.
