Security Staff (m/f/d) Focused on Concierge Services

At Charité CFM Facility Management GmbH, you will work in the security and reception services at the Virchow Clinic Campus in Wedding. As a security staff member focused on concierge services, you will welcome guests and patients and assist them with admission.

CFM is a subsidiary of the Charité University Medicine Berlin and provides non-medical services for one of the largest university hospitals in Europe.

• Welcome guests and patients in the admission area

• Coordinate the admission area

• Explain the queue terminal

• Provide information

• Distribute information materials, such as brochures on optional services

• Receive patients after admission

• Accompany patients to the appropriate ward

• Transport luggage to the ward

• Work at all locations if needed

• Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable

• Good command of spoken and written German

• Proficiency in a foreign language

• Competent in using a PC

• Work reliably

• Friendly and service-oriented demeanour

• Confident and customer-focused appearance

• Physically and mentally resilient

• Proof of measles immunity or vaccination required before starting work if born after 1970
