I'm an experienced IT Support Analyst focusing on Service Desk and IT Helpdesk. I've been in the IT field for more than a decade and have a wide knowledge of different systems, tools and applications used in managing IT Helpdesk.

In my previous job as an IT Operations Project Engineer at Trustwave, a leading cybersecurity company, I applied my 15+ years of experience in IT Support roles to ensure the smooth and secure operation of the company's systems and applications. I hold an ITIL certification and a bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, and I am passionate about learning and growing as an IT professional. Furthermore, in my current role, I implement different IT projects and aid helpdesk staff in supporting end users with PC & Mac devices, as well as user account provisioning and maintenance in Microsoft on-premises, Office 365, and Exchange online environments. I also leverage my skills in FreshService ITSM, Help Desk Support, Office 365 Administration, Mobile Device Management, Windows Networking, SCCM basics, and Active Directory to build, re-image, and deploy Windows PC & Mac devices.
