We are currently looking for an experienced, hands-on, analytical, and process-driven Marketing Manager Paid Social to lead our marketing efforts and oversee all paid social media campaigns. The goal of this role is to develop and establish a clear structure from scratch for the execution of all paid social campaigns and to manage them end-to-end.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channel
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and business goals
- Create detailed analyses and reports to evaluate campaign results and derive actionable recommendations
- Collaborate closely with the design team to create creative and high-performing ads
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new trends and optimization opportunities
- Be flexible and available to adjust budgets as needed, including weekends
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in marketing, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
- Creative instinct for high-performing advertisements and the ability to effectively brief designers
- Fluent German and English knowledge
- Independent and structured working style with high flexibility and commitment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for fasting and well-being topics
