* Synthesis and packaging of research deliverables employing Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools to create impactful presentations
* Develop thought leadership and ability to quickly educate junior consulting staff in key market drivers and trends in the Retail and Consumer Goods industry
* Conduct focused research to support writing of white papers and reports on key themes in the Retail and Consumer Goods sector
* Functional lead of practice researchers in Europe and management of industry-specific sources portfolio
* Organize and lead complex research projects in collaboration with team members across multiple industries and regions
* Collaborate with Consultants and the Knowledge Management team to manage projects and assist in the development and curation of practice-themed Intellectual Capital (IC)
