development, EVP, and Employee Relations - covering all careers tracks in the CE BST organization (>710 FTE across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, and Hungary). You will provide services and support to the hosted functions and teams to help them recruit, retain, and develop the best possible talent and manage all processes in accordance with local labor law and standards. You will oversee and align with the HR teams across business entities and CE as well as global and regional functions to guarantee compliance with all standards in CE, risk management, and expertise sharing.
