💻 Your Responsibilities 💻
Conduct fundamental and quantitative analyses to support traders and develop proprietary trading strategies for the Central and Southern European (CSE) power markets
Monitor CSE power markets and policy developments, identify key drivers and shifts, and communicate insights to traders
Enhance market modeling and collaborate with other teams to support model development and policy analysis
Automate and optimize routines, procedures, and applications for data and analysis
Mentor junior analysts and working students
Contribute to the commercial success and analytical outputs of the Trading Analysis & Algorithms department

Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, economics, engineering, mathematics, or physics
- Over 2 years of experience in CSE power markets analysis in a commercial or trading environment
- Proficiency in fundamental & statistical models for CSE power markets
- Experience in hydro power is advantageous
- Strong analytical and programming skills, ideally in Python
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Eastern European / Italian languages is a plus; German is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Independent, result-oriented working approach with a readiness to take responsibility
