YOUR IMPACT
Turn IT into a performance booster for our team! Support us in ensuring our team's ability to work and help us set the course for the digitalization of our processes. You will contribute your own ideas for improvement and support our employees as a problem solver, as well as a training and sparring partner.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Supporting the management and continuous development of the internal IT infrastructure, e.g. network landscape, hardware, software, and/or cloud solutions
• Creating and implementing standards on IT topics and training the team in their implementation
• IT administration: setting up, maintaining and updating existing and new hardware (e.g. macBooks, iPhones, iPads, technical accessories and gadgets)
• Supporting the entire team with operational issues and technical challenges

Sprachanforderungen
Anforderungen
- Completed or ongoing studies in natural sciences, preferably (business) IT with good grades
- Fluent in business English (C1) and have a good knowledge of German (B1/B2)
- Your strength is the combination of technical expertise and strong communication skills
- You enjoy testing innovative solutions and always focus on the user and the company's needs
- You are curious and willing to learn and expand your know-how
- You are committed to working in a team in a structured and communicative manner
- You ensure the implementation of your topics with a high degree of independence
- You have sufficient time to provide support: 20 hours/week
