Stelle : Senior Content Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on and growth-oriented Senior Content Operations Manager to join our Content Marketing team and help us take our content to the next level. You will oversee the technical operational setup for content marketing, helping us leverage tech in our processes in order to produce high-quality content at scale., * Develop workflow strategies for operational tools and practices that will optimize both text and visual content outputs for high-quality customer experiences
* Collaborate with tech to create and implement a holistic content asset management system including metadata and delivery strategies
* Create and maintain a roadmap for improvements, including plans for testing, validating, and scaling proposed optimizations
* Collect and analyze data to evaluate product and process performance, uncover opportunities, and leverage insights to create buy-in and influence tech teams' roadmaps
* Ensure the tech, tooling, and process setup are aligned with the needs of the team and the overarching content marketing strategy
* Keep up to date with the latest innovations in tech and how they could be leveraged to alleviate manual work
