Buyer with Chinese Language Skills (m/f/x)

At HOLTZ OFFICE SUPPORT GmbH, you will work in the purchasing department of a family business with renowned brands in the office supplies sector. You will encounter a diverse role with contacts to many departments and suppliers within a European and international setting.

• Support in tactical and operational purchasing activities

• Managing suppliers as well as monitoring and tracking orders

• Close collaboration with sales, customer service, logistics, marketing, and graphics departments

• Assisting the purchasing management with day-to-day operations and supplier management

• Contributing to supplier selection, development, and evaluation

• Supporting the preparation of contract documents

• Creating and maintaining product data

• Overseeing stock levels of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and traded goods

• Independently determining requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

• Initial experience in purchasing is an advantage

• Organised, reliable, and friendly working style

• Structured, independent, and precise approach to work

• Service-oriented work in dealing with customers and partners

• Ability to work in a team and identification with the company

• Resilience, conscientiousness, and trustworthiness

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
