CNC Machinist (m/f/d) with Technician, Master Craftsman, or Degree Preferred

Berlin Millhouse GmbH is an industrial company focused on precise and flexible metal processing. Here, you'll work in a team collaborating on effective solutions for customers.

• You support the introduction of new products on existing as well as new machines.
  

• Support in tooling design for new projects.
  

• Industrialisation and start-up support of new parts.
  

• Creation and adjustment of small constructions for tools and fixtures.
  

• CAM programming (SolidCAM) and SolidWorks usage.
  

• Communication and coordination with fixture suppliers and customers.
  

• Participation in technical projects as well as independent project responsibility.
  

• Programming skills in FANUC and Siemens 840D.
  

• Setup and conversion of our CNC production machines, including production release.
  

• Definition and documentation of setup processes and other recurring procedures on the systems (e.g. adjustments).
  

• You measure and test workpieces, including documentation of the results according to test specifications.
  

  
  
  

• Trained machinist preferably with technician, master or degree qualifications.
  

• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is advantageous.
  

• Good technical understanding and practical working approach.
  

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
  

• Reliable and responsible working style.
  

• Structured, precise and self-responsible work ethic.
