Head of Contract Management Pharmaceuticals (m/w/d)

Shape the pharmaceuticals of tomorrow. At AOK Niedersachsen, you take responsibility for a team and jointly develop economical and high-quality solutions for providing care to the insured.

• Developing strategies and concepts for a demand-oriented, economical, and high-quality pharmaceutical supply

• Planning and managing the tasks of a team with 10 employees
  Developing and implementing discount contracts with pharmaceutical companies to manage costs

• Negotiating with service providers and concluding contracts, including with the State Pharmacists Association (LAV) and the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KV)

• Further developing existing contractual agreements and devising new contract forms

• Representing AOK Niedersachsen in committees, working, and negotiating groups at the federal level

• Licensed pharmacist or doctor with professional experience in a management role

• or Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Economics, Health Care Management, Pharmaceutical Economics, or Public Health

• Several years of practical professional experience in the field

• Experience in a management role

• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market

• Good pharmacological expertise through professional experience in healthcare
