We're seeking an experienced engineer to join our dynamic and international team. You'll play a crucial role in designing, planning, and optimizing cutting-edge PV and battery storage power plants, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and innovation.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the planning and design of large-scale solar and battery storage projects, from initial development to detailed construction plans.
- Ensure design compliance with all relevant norms and standards.
- Perform technical calculations including layout creation, yield analyses, and electrical calculations (e.g., cable dimensioning, grounding).
- Develop and manage comprehensive project documentation.
- Design monitoring concepts and coordinate with SCADA suppliers.
- Provide expert technical input for project engineering and conceptualization.
- Lead and support technical due diligence activities.
What You Bring:
- An engineering degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Surveying.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in planning and implementing PV and battery storage projects.
- Expert knowledge in PV projects and EPC, with familiarity in financial modeling and economic viability assessments.
- Proficiency in planning software such as AutoCAD Maps, Civil 3D, PVCase, and PVSyst.
- International project experience is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong in stakeholder management, self-driven, with creative and analytical thinking abilities.
