Sales Assistant in a Drugstore (m/f/d) – 25-30h/Week

You make a difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm stores, a meeting place for brands and people.

As a sales assistant, you are always attentive to the wishes of our customers. Besides your knowledge about the dm range, you impress with competent advice, making retail a pleasant experience.

Your working hours are in agreement with your dm store from Monday to Saturday between 6:00 and 19:00.

• Provide friendly advice to customers and answer questions about the product range

• Neatly arrange goods on shelves and present them attractively

• Ensure customers enjoy shopping at dm

• Take passport photos according to official requirements

• Operate the checkout and ensure a pleasant end to the shopping experience

• Process online orders and prepare express orders

• Contribute to themed displays and in-store promotions

• Check stock levels and assist with ordering

• Completed commercial training

• Experience in retail or the commercial sector

• Enjoy interacting with people and have a good sense of service

• Competency in using smartphones and digital tools

• Good knowledge of German

• Activation of the eID on the ID document for the passport photo service

• Team spirit, motivation, and calmness even in stressful situations

• Willingness to work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday
