What You'll Accomplish with Us

• Identify necessary actions and develop proposals for the advancement of existing diversity strategies, along with deriving and crafting decision-ready, concrete measures for strategy implementation, including (accompanying) implementation, communication, and evaluation

• Analyse current and future relevant legal requirements and develop corresponding implementation concepts

• Develop further measures to promote equal opportunities and reduce discrimination, fostering a lasting cultural change within the company

• Act as a discussion partner for various stakeholders on diversity topics

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a comparable field (e.g., Gender Studies, Communication) with relevant professional experience

• Alternatively: Completed commercial training with additional qualification as a Change Manager or Mediator and relevant professional experience

• Internal consulting training, coaching training, training as an organisational developer, change manager, or mediator

• Presentation and moderation skills

• Knowledge of legal regulations (e.g., PartMigG, SGB IX, AGG, and LGG)

• Diversity competence, communication, and team skills

• Solution orientation, conflict management, and consulting competence

Compensation

We offer remuneration in pay group 10 according to the Collective Agreement for Supply Companies (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, group classification may also occur in a lower pay group.
