Your Role in the Company
In this position, you will lead our projects in the field of electrical and network technology. You will independently manage processes, coordinate teams and external partners, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and economically. Your experience will contribute to providing optimal support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring the quality of our solutions is always maintained.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating projects in electrical and network technology
- Planning, managing, and monitoring project processes, schedules, and budgets
- Being the point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal departments
- Technical development of concepts, proposals, and project documents
- Coordinating assembly and service teams as well as external service providers
- Ensuring quality, work safety, and compliance with relevant technical standards
- Documenting, accepting, and handing over completed projects
- Supporting tenders, calculations, and project preparation
What Sets You Apart
- Completed training in electrical engineering, network technology, or information technology
- Further training as a technician or master, or alternatively an engineering degree
- Several years of professional experience in project management or construction management
- Extensive knowledge of network, power supply, and communication systems
- Organisational and planning skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident demeanour, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
- Experience with project management tools and MS Office
- Proficient German language skills (C1)
- Driving licence class B and willingness to travel
