Team Member (m/f/d) Individual Player Development with a Focus on Analysis

Do you want to nurture young football talents and use modern technologies in sports? At Borussia Dortmund, you will work in one of Germany's top youth academies and support the individual development of young players with innovative methods like Virtual Reality.

• Planning and conducting individual training sessions with youth players in the field of Virtual Reality

• Contributing to projects on individual player development, such as video analysis

• Documenting and evaluating training and development processes

• Regular communication with the head of individual player development

• Collaboration with coaches, the sports science department, and other specialised teams

• Analysing technical, tactical, and cognitive development areas of the players

• Preparation, technical support, and follow-up of VR training sessions

• Assisting in the development of VR tools and training methods

• Monitoring the individual progress of youth players

• Completed degree in sports science or a similar qualification

• Initial experience with virtual reality technologies in training or learning environments desirable

• Experience in a youth academy or performance-based football setting is beneficial

• Personal experience as a football player

• Experience in training children and/or teenagers, ideally in football

• Interest in modern training methods and individual support

• Structured and responsible working style

• High resilience and willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Very good German and English language skills

• Strong communicative skills, empathy, and team spirit

• Passion for Borussia Dortmund and teamwork
