Sales Assistant in a Drugstore (m/f/d) – 15-20h/Week

You make the difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm stores, a meeting place for brands and people.

As a sales assistant, you are always ready to listen to our customers' needs. Alongside your knowledge of the dm product range, you impress with competent advice and make retail a pleasant experience.

Your working hours are agreed with your dm store in various shifts (morning, midday, evening) from Monday to Saturday.

• Provide friendly advice to customers and answer questions about the range of products

• Neatly place goods on shelves and present them attractively

• Ensure customers enjoy shopping at dm

• Take passport photos according to official requirements

• Operate the cash register and ensure a smooth shopping experience

• Process online orders and prepare express orders

• Help design theme tables and in-store promotions

• Check stock levels and assist with ordering

• A completed commercial apprenticeship

• Experience in retail or the commercial sector

• Enjoy interacting with people and a good sense of service

• Confident use of smartphone and digital tools

• Good knowledge of German

• Activation of the eID on the ID document for the photo service

• Team spirit, motivation, and calmness even in stressful situations

• Willingness to work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday
