Civil Engineer Network Measures Development (m/f/d)

In the Planning and Construction - Networks sector, we are responsible for the planning, tendering, and management of all drinking water supply lines, wastewater pressure pipes, channels, rain and mixed water catchment basins, and outfall structures in Berlin.

Your Impact With Us

• Act as the responsible contact for supply and disposal networks for internal clients and external customers

• Coordinate all network matters of Berliner Wasserbetriebe to achieve timely and aligned processes for spatially contiguous, complex, and cross-media construction projects

• Develop particularly challenging, complex project concepts, primarily for large-scale construction projects

• Prepare schedules and clarify financing

• Independently conduct meetings with all planning participants, authorities, investors, and customers, sustainably representing the interests of Berliner Wasserbetriebe

• Represent the team leader during their absence

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Water Management, Construction Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Process Engineering with extensive experience in network construction at BWB

• Alternatively: Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning with extensive experience in network construction

• Solid experience in project management

• Business management knowledge and MS Office proficiency

• Strong knowledge of statics, foundation engineering, and the planning of drinking water supply and drainage systems

• Knowledge of ASS and specific IT user software

• Excellent communication skills

Compensation

We offer remuneration in pay group 11 according to the Collective Agreement for Utility Services (TV-V). Depending on personal qualifications, placement in a lower pay group may occur.
