You make the difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm markets, a meeting place for brands and people.
Our customers can also feel the special dm atmosphere at the checkout. Because our retail cashiers know how to turn the moment of payment into a pleasant end to the shopping experience at dm, ensuring our customers feel comfortable from start to finish.
Your working times are to be agreed with your dm market in various shifts (morning, noon, evening) from Monday to Saturday. The position is temporary for a period of 12 months.
Description
Operate the cash register and ensure a smooth completion of purchases
Politely farewell customers and leave them with a positive feeling
Engage openly and helpfully with customers
Explain promotions at the cash register and excite customers about them
Provide friendly advice to customers and answer their questions
Take passport photos according to official guidelines
Requirements
Enjoy interacting with people and have a strong sense of service
Confident handling of cash
Good German language skills
Completed education
Career changers are welcome
Activation of the eID on the ID document for the passport photo service
Team spirit, motivation, and calmness even in stressful situations
Willingness to work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday
