Salesforce Consultant – Data & Marketing Cloud (m/f/d)

Berlin-Chemie AG is a Berlin-based pharmaceutical company and part of the Menarini Group. From our International Department in Berlin, we manage markets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and the CIS states.

We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant for Data & Marketing Cloud, full-time, permanent.

You will lead the planning and rollout of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud in 35 countries, significantly contributing to a strategic project of our parent company Menarini.

• You coordinate the technical implementation and local adaptation of Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud in 35 countries

• You create training materials, conduct practical workshops, and support local teams in ongoing operations

• You standardise and simplify digital automation workflows, customer journeys, and data segments across countries

• You are the first point of contact for regional teams regarding professional and technical questions and issues with Salesforce

• You ensure good cooperation with internal and external partners across national borders

• You regularly document the progress of rollouts, trainings, and usage in the countries

• Completed university degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a similar field

• Professional experience in digital marketing consulting, CRM administration and/or IT project management in an international environment

• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud (configuration, campaign management, rollouts)

• Experience with technical training, workshops, or onboarding programmes for international, multilingual, or non-technical teams

• Good understanding of CRM concepts, modern database structures, and marketing automation

• Knowledge of project management tools and agile methods, for example Jira and Confluence

• Fluent English, additional languages are a plus
