Building Services Technician (m/f/d)

We are seeking support in technical property management in Münster. In this role, we work together to ensure that the technical facilities in our buildings and data centres operate safely and reliably.

Note: On-call availability and a certificate of conduct are required for this position. 

• Ensuring the technical operations of all buildings at Atruvia IT AG in Münster

• Managing supply technology, ideally also in data centres

• Coordinating external service providers

• Planning, executing, and supervising expansion and conversion projects in data centres and office spaces

• Performing and overseeing maintenance and inspections on high-availability supply technology

• Troubleshooting systems and technical installations

• Overseeing MSR and building management technology

• Participating in on-call services

• Completed degree in engineering, technician, or master craftsman qualification in electrical engineering focused on energy and plant technology

• Several years of professional experience in building management and supply technology or a comparable qualification

• Expertise in operating supply systems

• Knowledge in HVAC systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Understanding of network and building management technology

• Excellent German skills at least C1 level

• Good English skills at B2 level

• Independent, structured, and thorough working style

• Strong service orientation, flexibility, and ability to work in a team

• Good communication skills and confident interaction with external service providers

• Willingness to provide a certificate of conduct
