: Contract & Supplier Manager (Procurement) (m/w/d)

Take responsibility for managing suppliers and contracts for the core electrical equipment of Elia’s and 50Hertz’s grid, contributing directly to the success of critical energy projects!

⚡ Your tasks ⚡
• Maintain regular contact with key suppliers
• Ensure the quality of products and processes throughout the supply chain by onboarding new suppliers, including in pilot projects with internal stakeholders
• Use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the correct execution of contracts, in line with project requirements and contractual terms
• Manage critical contracts (e.g., EPCI/EPC) from start to finish, including handling contract disruptions and adjustments
• Take charge of risk management, performance monitoring, claim management, and comprehensive documentation and reporting
• Proactively work with internal stakeholders (project departments, experts, asset departments) to ensure projects progress according to plan
• Apply your negotiation skills to resolve disputes, manage changes, and achieve fair agreements in unforeseen situations
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging lessons learned and fostering win-win situations

👩‍💼 Your profile 👨‍💼
• A degree in engineering, economics, or business administration
• Full working proficiency in English and German (C1)
• Professional experience in managing high-value contracts, claims management, account management, and strategic procurement
• Strong interest in technical aspects and projects
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take responsibility
• Ability to defend both company interests and your own point of view
