In the Planning and Construction - Geodata Service department, we are responsible for providing technical data for the planning and construction of plants and networks.
Description
What You'll Achieve with Us
Implementation of HVAC designs for building and engineering structures (waterworks, sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, etc.) using the Building Information Modelling (BIM) method
Progressive detailing of 3D HVAC models across all service phases, creation of families, collision control, HVAC schematics, quantity calculations, and generation of 2D plans from the model
Quality assurance of externally requested digital model data and integration into the virtual 3D stock data of the plants
Checking compliance with model structure and content, formats, collision freedom, file size, and systems
Technical support (drawing and design) and consulting (BIM) for engineers in the field of building technology
Requirements
What You Bring
State-certified technician in construction technology, specialising in civil engineering, with relevant professional experience
Alternatively: State-certified surveying technician or
Training as a geomatics technician or
Training as a drafter, specialising in civil, road, and landscape construction with further qualification as a certified CAD technician and relevant professional experience
Theoretical and practical knowledge in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Proficiency with standard software for 3D building model design (e.g. "Autodesk Revit", "AutoCAD")
Expertise in water supply and wastewater disposal
Desirable: Experience with HVAC calculation tools such as Solarcomputer, Linear, Dendrit
Ability to work in a team, flexibility, reliability, self-reliance, and interest in new digitalisation techniques

Compensation
We offer you a salary in pay group 8 under the collective agreement for public utility companies (TV-V). Depending on your personal qualifications, classification in a lower pay group may also be possible.
