What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Lifecycle: Manage the full IT product lifecycle for custom applications across the MIPS ecosystem—from concept to retirement.

• Standardize & Harmonize: Define and implement standardized technology stacks and development policies for both internal teams and external vendors.

• Drive Projects: Oversee and deliver key custom application projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

• Collaborate with Business: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions.

• Shape the Future: Influence the strategic direction of custom application development across our international operations.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in IT product lifecycle or application management.

• Strong background in custom software development and vendor management.

• Project management and stakeholder communication skills.

• A passion for standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Skills in digitalization projects in Azure

• Experience in test management with developers and users

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent qualification
