Post Handling Clerk (m/w/d)

At AOK Niedersachsen, many diverse people work together for the health of our insured members. We are seeking a mail processing specialist for the mail and digitisation centre in Langenhagen.

• Implement logistical processes in the mail and digitisation centre

• Ensure smooth operations for incoming and outgoing mail

• Receive mail, verify recipients, and sort mail by size

• Open mail using electronic cutting machines

• Receive goods deliveries, register them, and check for completeness

• Forward received goods internally

• Prepare outgoing mail for collection

• Conduct checks and hand over mail to service providers

• Perform messenger duties within the building and around the city

• Completed vocational training

• Preferably training with a commercial focus

• Professional experience in mail processing or similar tasks

• Knowledge of office organisation

• Familiarity with office equipment

• Proficient German language skills, at least level B2/C1

💶 A salary between €42,300 and €45,800, depending on experience

🎁 Christmas and holiday bonuses, as well as family allowances

📄 A full-time position with 38.5 hours per week, fixed-term until 31.05.2027
