Your Tasks
Your Leadership responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 6 Market Development Managers and 2 Sales Engineers being responsible for the EU market
* Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
* Set clear team and individual targets
* Oversee day-to-day operation
* Monitor team performance and report on metrics
* Motivate team members
* Discover training needs and provide coaching
Your Market Development responsibilities
* Create new opportunities and developing new partnerships
* Manage and developing existing partnerships
* Define and acquire new partnerships, build trusted partner relationships
* Identify and analyse competitors
* Create marketing strategies and commercial tools
* Work close with our Sales and Marketing team to ensure future planning
