• Account opening & payment transactions: How money moves and how to safely guide clients.
• Loans & real estate financing: How to support people with big dreams – like home ownership.
• Investment advice & retirement planning: How to help clients invest wisely and secure their future.
• Digital banking: How modern financial advice works today – both online and in person. Your training is practical, varied, and customer-oriented. You'll work in a team from the start, take on responsibility, and gain valuable experience for your future career path.

What you bring to the table:

• A good secondary school certificate or (technical) A-levels are a great foundation, and your personality matters too
• Interest in economic and financial topics
• Enjoy working with people 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
• Neat appearance and empathy
