Your responsibilities

• Butchering and deboning beef quarters
• Portioning, cleaning, and preparing meat components for steak production
• Packing and preparing products for further processing
• Adhering to quality and hygiene standards
• Operating production machines and equipment

What we expect

• Experience in meat processing or beef butchery
• Vocational training as a butcher or similar is a plus but not required
• Independence and responsibility in carrying out duties
• German language skills at a minimum B1 level
