  • Research, create, and edit short written prompts with correct facts and style

  • Develop conversation flows for smooth and logical user interactions

  • Help improve our speech system with dialogues on many topics, including sensitive ones

  • Check content for accuracy and style compliance

  • Generate and evaluate suggested prompts and responses

  • Make sure the tone fits the right voice and audience

Requirements

  • Able to work on-site in Essen
  • Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Strong language, grammar, and style skills
  • Creative thinking to make engaging prompts and scenarios
  • Ability to analyse user data and improve conversations
  • Work well independently with attention to detail
  • Communicate complex ideas simply and clearly
  • Comfortable handling sensitive content
