Intro
We are looking for you to join Europcar Mobility Group in Rostock as a full-time Customer Advisor and Salesperson in car rental.
With us, you will advise customers, sell additional services, and work with a modern vehicle fleet.
Description
Rental of the vehicle fleet
Advising customers
Selling additional services
Coordination of vehicles and cash management
Collaboration with the team
Working early and late shifts
Weekend and holiday shifts as scheduled
Requirements
Enjoy interacting with customers
Friendly demeanour
Initial experience in sales, hospitality, or retail is beneficial
Fluent German skills
Good basic knowledge of English or willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
Interest in cars
Required driving license
