• Lead and secure services at approximately 100 locations.

• Develop existing processes further and analyse structures for optimisation.

• Consider legislative changes and conduct make-or-buy analyses.

• Ensure digital support and further development of processes.

• Manage external service providers and handle defect reports.

• Design and optimise tenders and conduct contract negotiations.

• Completed studies in Facility Management or a similar field.
  

• Several years of experience in infrastructural building management.
  

• Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene technology as well as relevant regulations.
  

• Practical experience in managing service providers.
  

• Ideal knowledge in public procurement and contract law.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, CAD, and CAFM.
  

• German language skills at least level B2/C1.
