Your Responsibilities:As a passionate host and motivating leader, you transform “your” restaurant daily into the social hub of your community
You share responsibility for all operational processes, maintaining high quality standards, efficient and sustainable resource use, and implementing our service philosophy
We Expect From You:Warmth, friendliness, and openness to convey the BLOCK HOUSE FEELING to our guests
Successfully completed training as a specialist in system gastronomy, restaurant specialist or hotel specialist
At least 1.5 years of professional experience in gastronomy and initial leadership experience is desirable
Friendly, open personality with a strong service orientation
Willingness to learn, resilience, flexibility and high level of commitment
Fluent in German and good English skills
