Sales Associate in Drugstore (m/f/d) – 20h/Week

You make the difference in one of our more than 2,000 dm stores, a meeting place for brands and people.

As a Sales Associate, you are always ready to listen to our customers' needs. Alongside your knowledge of the dm range, you'll impress with competent advice, making retail a pleasant experience.

Your working hours are agreed upon with your dm store and include various shifts (morning, midday, evening) from Monday to Saturday. The position is fixed-term for 12 months in connection with the opening of a new dm store in Emmerich.

• Provide friendly advice to customers and answer questions about the product range

• Neatly place goods on shelves and display them attractively

• Ensure customers enjoy shopping at dm

• Take passport photos according to ID guidelines

• Work at the checkout and ensure a smooth end to the shopping experience

• Process online orders and prepare express orders

• Co-design theme tables and in-store promotions

• Check stock levels and assist with orders

• A completed commercial training

• Experience in retail or a commercial field

• Enjoyment of customer interaction and a good sense of service

• Confident use of smartphones and digital tools

• Good German language skills

• eID activation on the identity document for the passport photo service

• Team spirit, motivation, and calmness even in stressful situations

• Willingness to work flexible hours from Monday to Saturday
