• Responsibility: You will independently manage the service counter, organising operations at the meat, sausage, and cheese counters.
• Concept Development: You will work closely with market management to develop joint strategies.
• Point of Contact: Your role includes guiding, coordinating, and supervising employees.
• Staff Planning: You will plan your staffing carefully and lead your team with a focus on employee needs.

• Training: You possess training as a butcher, meat processor, salesperson, retail manager, cook, or similar.
• Leadership Experience: You are skilled at leading and motivating a team.
• Experience and Knowledge: Ideally, you have experience in the fresh food counter area.
• Career Changers: Career changers such as cooks from the hospitality sector are welcome and will receive training from us.
