Intro
In Borussia Dortmund's marketing department, we create emotional brand experiences and innovative concepts that excite fans worldwide. To support our Brand Experience team, we are seeking a committed individual as a Brand Experience Manager (m/w/d) full-time (40 hours per week).
Description
Developing new creative formats for young target groups (ages 14–23) and international fans—across platforms
Designing partner formats in collaboration with the sponsorship team—including ideas, planning, and evaluation
Independently organising and implementing events, programmes, and actions—from concept to execution
Overall responsibility for the season opening—planning, coordination, and implementation
Collaborating with external agencies—briefings, management, and quality control
Planning matchday programmes—content for the stadium, app, web, social media, and hospitality
Representing team leadership in their absence—including setting priorities and coordinating with other departments
Requirements
Completed degree or training in marketing, communication, event, or sports management
Several years of professional experience in brand experiences, events, or project management—ideally in sports or entertainment
Good ideas, a clear brand understanding, and hands-on experience in on-site implementation
Experience addressing Gen Z audiences and in an international environment
Confident in editorial planning and live execution on match days
Great enthusiasm for football and Borussia Dortmund
Very good German and English skills and confident interaction with partners and agencies
Willingness to work flexible hours, including match days and weekends
