Nurse (m/f/d)

At AOK Niedersachsen, a diverse team works together to ensure the health of our insured members. We are looking for a nurse for the Care/Home Nursing West department in Lingen or Nordhorn.

• Conduct individual training sessions and care courses at clients’ homes or in training rooms

• Prepare and follow up training sessions thoroughly

• Provide clear and practical advice to people in need of care and their relatives

• Assist with the provision of care aids, technical aids, and home adaptations

• Offer support during care crises and inform about relief services

• Plan and organise training sessions

• Collaborate with external partners

• Document cases and refer complex cases to care advisors

• Completed training as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing professional, or a similar qualification in nursing

• Experience in nursing, preferably as a registered nurse

• Knowledge of wound care and care consultancy

• Basic knowledge of care and health insurance law

• Proficiency in using a PC and MS Office

• Friendly and confident demeanour

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork

• Resilience and decision-making skills

• Willingness to use a private car if needed

• Open to continuous education

4B6 A salary between €51,400 and €60,800, depending on experience
