Join the Archive & Digitalisation team at Charité CFM in Berlin. Here, you'll support important processes related to patient records and digital documents, ensuring information is reliably available.

Description

  • Transferring medical images from data carriers or databases into the image archiving system

  • Reading and burning digital documents onto data carriers

  • Transferring files into the archive, creating a digital record, and labelling the files

  • Processing file requests with research and documentation in IT systems

  • Providing and lending files including removal and delivery

  • Maintaining the file inventory and preparing files for scanning

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in archiving patient documents are advantageous

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Familiarity with SAP, PEGASOS, and RIS/PACS is beneficial

  • Systematic working style and initiative

  • Assertiveness, communication skills, and quality orientation

  • Good German language skills, spoken and written

  • Willingness to use ladders and steps
