Join the Archive & Digitalisation team at Charité CFM in Berlin. Here, you'll support important processes related to patient records and digital documents, ensuring information is reliably available.
Description
Transferring medical images from data carriers or databases into the image archiving system
Reading and burning digital documents onto data carriers
Transferring files into the archive, creating a digital record, and labelling the files
Processing file requests with research and documentation in IT systems
Providing and lending files including removal and delivery
Maintaining the file inventory and preparing files for scanning
Requirements
Knowledge and experience in archiving patient documents are advantageous
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Familiarity with SAP, PEGASOS, and RIS/PACS is beneficial
Systematic working style and initiative
Assertiveness, communication skills, and quality orientation
Good German language skills, spoken and written
Willingness to use ladders and steps
