What is Match Talent?
Match Talent is a new initiative by Lingoda in collaboration with Kiron. As a career centre for international talents, they offer free career counselling to kickstart your career in Germany. Match Talent’s team supports you in finding a government-funded educational programme. You can choose from various professions such as Online Marketing, Project Management, Web Development and many more.
How does it work?
Book a free career counselling call via the website. They provide 1:1 counselling in various languages to match you with the best educational programme based on your talents and goals. The Match Talent team will support you every step of the way to find the right course.
Why is it free?
Match Talent guides international talents in finding the best certified and high-quality courses sponsored by the German government. Anyone who is between the ages of 24 and 55, living in Germany, unemployed or soon to be unemployed and is registered or soon to be registered with the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter is eligible to apply.
