I am Dr. Dina Abdelhafez, a professional with an expertise in EU programs and projects management, coupled with substantial contributions to the Public and Social Policy reform. Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and unwavering commitment to progress, I stand as an inspiration in academia, consultancy, and the pursuit of societal betterment.I hold a Ph.D. in Public and Social Policy, complemented by a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in Statistics for social sciences. These degrees besides my different experience as lecturer and teaching assistant for more than 6 years have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of these subjects, especially within the context of social sciences, Management of Non-profit organization, and humanitarian studies.I work as NGOs Governance consultant and my influence reaches beyond borders as a transformative evaluation specialist across the EMEA region, aiding organizations in enhancing strategic direction and operational efficiency and in grasping their global impact potential. I work as a project developer and grant writer for Berlin-based NGOs, where I champion innovative multidisciplinary solutions in the field of education development, digital learning, cybersecurity, culture, art, and migration issues with passion for creating tangible change for a brighter future. I design comprehensive programs encompassing internal management, program oversight, proposal composition, M&E systems, and impactful project evaluation across the expansive EMENA region.Besides, my academic passion as a researcher, trainer, and part-time lecturer at Charles University in Prague, where I nurture emerging leaders by sharing my extensive knowledge. Supported by a bachelor’s degree in statistics, I help the student to formulate their literature framework, design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to write up their academic dissertation
